01What PRO is

Void Network PRO is a recurring subscription. While it is active, a bot operated by Void Network grants your Discord account the PRO role in the Void Network Discord server, and that role is what unlocks PRO features across Void Network.

PRO is an optional extra. Void Network itself stays free — PRO is not a licence to resell, not a physical product, and not a transfer of ownership of anything. You are paying for continued access to features for as long as the subscription is active.

02Who can buy

• You need a Discord account, and you must already be a member of the Void Network Discord server. The panel checks this when you sign in and will not sell to you if you are not in the server. You can join here.
• You must be at least 13 years old (Discord's own minimum), and old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are a minor, buy only with the permission of the person who owns the payment method.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method you use.

03Your Discord username is the key

PRO is delivered to the Discord username attached to the subscription, not to an email address. When you sign in with Discord, the panel attaches your username to the checkout automatically. That is the recommended route.

The panel also offers a manual purchase that sends you to raw Stripe checkout, where you type your Discord username into a field yourself. If you mistype it, leave it blank, or type someone else's, the bot has no way to match the payment to you.

If you change your Discord username later, tell us so the record can be updated, otherwise a later sync may not recognise you.

04Price, billing and renewal

• The price and billing interval shown at checkout are the ones that apply. PRO is currently $4.50 USD per month.
• Payments are taken and processed by Stripe. Void Network never sees or stores your card number.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel it.
• Promotional codes are accepted at checkout while one is active. A discount applies only as stated on the code.
• Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for — it takes effect from your next renewal.
• Any tax that applies is added by Stripe at checkout.

05How the role is delivered

Delivery is automatic. A bot checks Stripe roughly once a minute and reconciles the PRO role against live subscription data: active subscribers get the role, and accounts whose subscription has ended lose it.

Because delivery depends on Discord and Stripe, it can lag by a few minutes. If your role has not arrived after a reasonable wait, open a ticket rather than paying twice.

Delivery also requires that you are still in the Void Network Discord server. If you leave the server, or are banned from it, the role cannot be held for you — but your subscription keeps billing until you cancel it. Cancel first, then leave.

06Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from the dashboard on this site — sign in with Discord and press Cancel Subscription. No ticket, no waiting on a human.

• Cancelling sets the subscription to end at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep PRO until that date, and the dashboard shows it.
• You will not be charged again after that.
• Once the period ends, the bot removes the PRO role on its next sync.
• You can buy PRO again later at whatever price is current then.

07Refunds

Because PRO is a digital benefit delivered immediately, payments already taken are not refunded, including the payment for the period during which you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not reverse the last one.

We will still make it right where the fault is ours. Contact us in the Discord server if:

• you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged after cancelling;
• you paid and never received PRO, and it was not caused by a mistyped username or by not being in the server;
• a PRO feature you paid for was unavailable for a sustained period.

Refunds outside those cases are at our discretion. Any statutory rights that cannot be waived where you live are unaffected by this section.

09Fair use of PRO

PRO is for one person: the Discord account it is attached to. You agree not to:

• share, sell, rent or resell your PRO access, or the account holding it;
• buy PRO in order to resell it to others;
• use stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment details;
• attempt to obtain or keep the PRO role without an active subscription, including by tampering with the panel, its API, the checkout, or the bot;
• hammer the panel's endpoints, evade its rate limits, or automate purchases;
• use PRO features to break the law, to attack anyone, or to break Discord's or Stripe's terms.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end PRO access, without refund, if you breach these terms, open a chargeback, commit payment fraud, are banned from the Void Network Discord server, or if we are required to by Discord, Stripe, or the law.

We may also discontinue PRO, or any individual PRO feature, at any time. If we retire PRO altogether we will stop new charges and let existing subscriptions run out the period they have paid for.

11Availability, and what we do not promise

The panel and PRO features are provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and PRO features may be added, changed or removed as Void Network changes.

This service depends on third parties we do not control — Discord (sign-in and role delivery), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). An outage or policy change at any of them can interrupt PRO, and that is not a breach of these terms on our part.

Void Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Stripe, Inc. Their names appear here only to describe how this service works.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Void Network is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from PRO or from this panel. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the Void Network Discord server. Continuing to hold or renew a PRO subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, cancel before your next renewal.
