Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This policy covers pro.vng.lol — the Void Network PRO purchase and subscription panel — and the bot that delivers the PRO role. It is written to describe what the code on this site actually does. Other Void Network sites have their own policies.

01The short version

This panel has no user database. It does not store a copy of your account anywhere. Every time it needs to know whether you have PRO, it asks Stripe live and then forgets the answer within seconds.

What identifies you is your Discord user ID and username, held in a signed cookie in your own browser, plus the same username recorded on your subscription inside Stripe so the role can be granted to the right person.

02What we read from Discord

Signing in uses Discord OAuth with two scopes, identify and guilds. Discord shows you exactly what you are approving before anything is shared.

  • identify gives us your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We use the ID and the username. Those two go into your session cookie and, if you buy, onto your Stripe subscription.
  • guilds gives us the list of servers you are in. It is used for exactly one thing: checking that the Void Network server appears in it. The list is checked in memory and never stored, never logged, and never shared.

As soon as that membership check finishes, the panel revokes its own Discord access token. It cannot read anything from your Discord account afterwards.

What we never get

  • Your Discord password — sign-in happens entirely on Discord's own site.
  • Your email address from Discord — the email scope is not requested.
  • Your messages, DMs, friends list, voice activity or anything you post in any server.
  • Any ability to act as you on Discord.

03Cookies

This site sets two of its own cookies, and Google Analytics sets its own. There are no advertising cookies here.

CookiePurposeContainsLifetime
_vnproKeeps you signed inYour Discord user ID, username and a timestamp, signed with HMAC-SHA256 so it cannot be edited or forged7 days
_ds_stateBlocks cross-site request forgery during Discord sign-inA random one-time value5 minutes
_ga, _ga_*Google Analytics traffic measurementA random visitor identifier set by GoogleSet by Google

Both of our cookies are HttpOnly (JavaScript cannot read them), Secure (HTTPS only) and SameSite=Lax. Signing out deletes _vnpro immediately. Clearing cookies in your browser signs you out just as effectively.

04Payments

All payment handling is done by Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout pages. Void Network never receives, sees or stores your card number, CVC or bank details.

Stripe collects and holds, under its own privacy policy, the information it needs to take a payment — typically your name, email address, billing address, payment method details and payment history.

Two extra things are attached to your subscription in Stripe so the role can reach you:

  • your Discord username, filled in for you when you sign in with Discord, or typed by you if you use the manual purchase route;
  • your Discord user ID, stored as subscription metadata.

Stripe is also the record of whether you have PRO. This panel holds no copy of it.

05Technical data

  • IP address. Your IP is seen by the hosting platform on each request and is used in memory to rate-limit sign-ins, checkouts and cancellations so the endpoints cannot be hammered. It is not written to a database and not used to profile you.
  • Standard request logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived operational logs of requests — timestamp, path, status, user agent — which we use to diagnose faults.
  • Error logs. When a checkout or lookup fails, the error message is logged. These do not contain card data.

06Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (property G-814Y2X3KSF) to count visits and see which parts of the panel people get stuck on. It records things like page views, approximate location derived from IP, device type and browser. It is not linked to your Discord identity or to your Stripe customer record.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, a content blocker, or your browser's tracking protection. Blocking it does not affect the panel — sign-in, checkout and cancellation all work normally.

07The PRO role bot

A separate bot in the Void Network Discord server delivers the benefit. About once a minute it compares active Stripe subscriptions against who holds the PRO role, and adds or removes the role to match. To do that it reads member usernames, user IDs and role lists in that one server. It does not read messages.

The bot keeps a small file of the user IDs of members who have been gifted PRO, so a gift survives a restart and is not stripped by the sync. It also writes role changes and gifts to a private staff log channel inside the Void Network server. Gifts are announced publicly in the server's announcements channel.

08Who your data is shared with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. It reaches only the providers this service runs on:

ProviderRoleWhat it handles
DiscordSign-in and role deliveryYour identity, server membership, the PRO role
StripePayment processingPayment details, subscription record, your Discord username
VercelHostingRequests to this site, including IP and user agent
Google AnalyticsTraffic measurementAnonymous usage statistics

Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or a chargeback.

09How long things are kept

  • Discord access token — revoked within seconds of sign-in. Never stored.
  • Your server list — never stored. Held only for the length of the membership check.
  • Session cookie — 7 days, or until you sign out.
  • Rate-limit counters — in memory, cleared every 60 seconds and lost whenever the server instance recycles.
  • Subscription and payment records in Stripe — kept for as long as Stripe and accounting or tax law require, which is normally several years, even after you cancel.
  • Gift list and staff role logs — kept while the PRO programme runs.

10Your choices

  • Sign out at any time from the dashboard, which deletes the session cookie.
  • Cancel your subscription yourself from the dashboard.
  • Disconnect the app in Discord under User Settings → Authorised Apps. Nothing is left connected to your account after sign-in anyway, since the token is already revoked.
  • Ask what we hold, or ask for deletion, by opening a ticket in the Void Network Discord server. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to how it is processed.

One honest limit: completed payment records inside Stripe cannot simply be deleted on request, because they have to be retained for accounting and tax purposes. Everything else tied to your PRO account can be removed.

11Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and Discord itself requires users to be at least 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child under 13 has bought PRO, contact us in the Discord server and we will remove the account and refund the most recent payment.

12Security

Everything is served over HTTPS. Session cookies are HMAC-signed and rejected if tampered with. The Discord token is revoked immediately after use. Card data never touches our servers. Requests are rate limited, and the panel refuses to run on any hostname other than its own.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if you ever suspect a problem with this site, please report it in the Discord server rather than posting it publicly.

13Changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the Void Network Discord server.

14Contact

Privacy questions, data requests and anything else about this policy go through the Void Network Discord server: discord.gg/JUjV8JrXqp.
